A 4-zone development framework that organizes basketball growth from Beginner → Professional using skills, physical preparation, mindset, film, and measurable assessments.

 

Zone 1 — Beginner Foundation

Focus: Fundamentals + habits + body readiness

Build

  • Warm-up discipline: static + dynamic
  • Strength foundation: push-ups, squats, lunges, planks
  • Fundamental execution: dribbling, passing, shooting, defense
  • Intro team concepts: cutting, pick & roll, isolation

Zone 2 — Advanced Training

  • Defense expansion: mirror defense, contests, steals, blocks

Zone 3 — Elite Performance

  • Advanced handling/scoring: spin, euro, pressure handling, trap escapes
  • Advanced passing: no-look, wrap-around, post entry, pressure passes
  • Team execution: BLOB/SLOB, end-of-game, zone offense; traps/zones
  • Film-based self-correction and adjustments

Zone 4 — Professional Level

Focus: Mastery + leadership + professional standards
